本プライバシーポリシーは、4Part-Memo（以下「開発者」）が提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーション「4Part-Memo」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザー情報の取り扱いおよびデータ削除に関する指針を説明するものです。
This Privacy Policy describes how the developer “4Part-Memo” collects, uses, and handles your information, and how you can request deletion of your data, in connection with the smartphone application “4Part-Memo” (the “App”).
本アプリは、以下のデータを収集し、それぞれの目的で利用します。
The App collects the following data and uses it for the stated purposes.
アカウント情報（メールアドレス、ニックネーム）
ユーザー認証およびアプリ内での個人識別のため。
Account information (email address, nickname): For user authentication and identification within the App.
アプリのコンテンツ（メモ内容）
メモの保存・管理、および連携ID（familyId）を共有している他のユーザーとのリアルタイム同期機能を提供するため。
App content (memo data): To store and manage memos, and to provide real-time sync with other users who share the same link ID (familyId).
デバイス関連情報
広告配信（Google AdMob）およびアプリの動作に必要な範囲で利用します。
Device-related information: Used for ad delivery (Google AdMob) and to the extent necessary for the App to function.
データの保存場所
上記データは、Google が提供する Firebase（クラウドサービス）上に保存されます。
Where data is stored: The above data is stored on Firebase (a cloud service provided by Google).
本アプリは、メールアドレスやGoogleアカウントを連携しなくても利用できます。その場合は匿名アカウントとして扱われ、端末を変更したりアプリを削除したりすると、当該端末に保存されたデータにアクセスできなくなる場合があります。
You may use the App without linking an email or Google account. In that case you are treated as an anonymous user. If you change devices or uninstall the App, you may lose access to data associated with that device.
本アプリは、ユーザーが自身のデータを完全にコントロールできる権利を尊重し、以下の通り削除手段を提供します。
The App respects your right to control your own data and provides the following deletion options.
削除の手順
ユーザーは本アプリ内の「設定」→「アカウント設定」等にある「アカウント削除」から、いつでも即座にアカウントの削除とデータの抹消をリクエストできます。
How to request deletion: You may request account and data deletion at any time from within the App via Settings → Account settings → Account deletion (or equivalent).
アプリを利用できない場合
アプリのアンインストール等によりアプリ内からの操作が困難な場合は、開発者（4partmemo@gmail.com）へメールでご連絡いただくことで、手動での削除リクエストも受け付けています。
If you cannot use the App: If you are unable to use the in-app deletion (e.g. after uninstalling), you may contact the developer at 4partmemo@gmail.com to request manual deletion.
ユーザーから削除リクエスト（アカウント削除）があった場合、以下の通り処理を行います。
When you request account deletion, the following applies.
個人データ
アカウント削除リクエストが完了した時点で、サーバー上から即座に抹消されます。バックアップ等についても、運用上可能な範囲で速やかに消去します。
Personal data: Deleted from the server as soon as the account deletion process is completed. Backups are also purged as soon as practicable.
共有データ
共有グループ内に他のメンバーがいる限り、当該グループのデータは保持されます。
Shared data: Retained for as long as other members remain in the shared group.
ローカル通知（リマインダー・期限日）
リマインダーや期限日のアラートは、端末内で処理されます。通知の内容はサーバーに送信されません。
Local notifications (reminders, due dates): Reminder and due-date alerts are processed on your device. Notification content is not sent to the server.
プッシュ通知
本アプリでは Firebase Cloud Messaging（FCM）を用いたプッシュ通知を行う場合があります。配信に必要な識別子は、サービス提供の範囲で利用されます。
Push notifications: The App may use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications. Identifiers required for delivery are used only to provide the service.
本アプリ内で、ストアへのレビュー投稿を案内することがあります。レビューの投稿はユーザーとストアの責任で行われ、開発者がレビュー内容を取得・保存することはありません。
The App may prompt you to leave a review on the app store. Submitting a review is your choice and is subject to the store’s policies; the developer does not collect or store your review content.
本アプリでは、連携IDを他の人に伝えるために「連携用のURLを作成、コピー・共有」する機能を提供しています。このURLには連携IDが含まれており、URLを知った第三者がアプリでそのURLを開くと、同じ共有メモ空間に参加できる場合があります。URLのコピー・共有はユーザー自身の操作に基づいて行われます。
The App lets you create, copy, and share a link that contains your link ID so others can join the same shared memo space. Anyone who has this URL may be able to open it in the App and join that space. Copying or sharing the link is done only when you choose to do so.
本アプリには、外部サイト（楽天、Amazon 等）へのリンクが含まれる場合があります。移動先のサイトにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、本アプリの開発者は責任を負いかねます。各リンク先のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
The App may contain links to external sites (e.g. Rakuten, Amazon). The developer is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please check each site’s privacy policy.
通信は HTTPS/TLS により暗号化され、データは安全にサーバーへ送受信されます。
Data is transmitted to and from the server over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または適切な方法でお知らせします。
This policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or other appropriate means.
